Short introduction
FC Bayern Munich’s old player became several German champions, Champions League winners and Multiple Winner from the DFB Cup with the club he was also played in his youth. Early life
Born in Kolbermoor at Best Bavaria in 1984, he began playing football with a neighboring club FV Oberaudorf in his initial age. He was also a skier who was diligent when he was young. In 1992 he moved from Oberaudorf to TSV 1860 Rosenheim, but he played on the FC Youth Team Bayern Munich from 1998. In 2002 his career as a professional soccer player began at this club. He had finished his school career there with a secondary school certificate in Munich in Munich and completed an internship as an office officer.
Career
An entry into this profession was no longer needed because he received his first professional contract in 2002. He was also valued with his debut as a professional footballer in November 2002 when he came to Mehmet Scholl in the Champions League in the Champions League. A few days later, Bastian Schweinsteiger also made his debut in the Bundesliga. He scored his first goal as a professional in February 2003 in the DFB Cup against 1. The biggest spotlight of Bastian Schweinsteiger’s career was undoubtedly winning the World Cup at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. In the final he fought for a 120-minute victory playing even though the laceration on his forehead and – even though Philipp Lahm really held this position – considered the secret captain of the winning team.
Another spotlight is, besides many Germany championships and victories in the DFB Cup, winning the Champions League in the Wembley final in 2013 after losing the final of this competition in 2010 and 2012, respectively.
The spotlight of the various awards was the election for German soccer players in 2013.
Amazing facts
Bastian Schweinsteiger is also a big basketball fan. During his time in Munich, he often visited the basketball game in his own department. Even during the time in the US, he was often seen as an audience in the NBA basketball game. It was also stated in his goal celebration, which he modeled for a while at the basketball leap.
Bastian Schweinsteiger has been married to Serbian tennis player Ana Ivanovic since 2016, with whom he has two sons.
