Jaco de Bruyn is someone who works every day to maintain his extraordinary physique. Even though he exercised 6 days per week, he didn’t do the same exercise every day. He focuses on various parts of the body throughout the week so that he can increase the results and reduce the possibility of injury. For example, Tuesday he might work in his arm while Monday he might work in his calf and chest. The exercise he focused on the weight lifting, but he also did body weight training, such as squatting and pushup. Throughout the day Jaco will eat small and balanced food which he usually prepares. He strongly believed in the snack and also enjoyed drinking vibrating protein because they were easy and comfortable. Even though he didn’t eat processed sugar, he did eat fruit every day. It might be difficult to eat this way if you are not used to it, but after you hang the clean meal it will be much easier.
