Custom Flags are located within the “Miscellaneous” tab in your product settings. Be sure that you’ve clicked into the custom fields themselves and not just into any of their sub-options (i.e., custom images). It should look like this:
Note how there is no checkbox for custom flags at all–if you click into this area, you’ll see exactly what your players will see once they have signed your waiver: a dropdown menu with all of your custom flags listed.
Custom flags are custom fields that you can add to your waivers. They will appear in a dropdown menu when a player signs the waiver, allowing them to choose from a set number of options that best suit their preferences. Custom flags have been designed for use with our custom images , but since custom flag names must be unique across all three products (Waivers, Roster Builder and Team Snap), it’s advisable to be creative when naming your custom flag so as not to confuse them with custom images.

Further, I acknowledge that as a member of US Quid ditch, my name and/or picture may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. As a member of USQ’s online waiver system, I agree to electronically sign this waiver form.”
“I have read and understand the above statement. By checking the box below, I electronically sign this waiver form.”

Please note that custom flag names must be unique across all three products (Waivers, Roster Builder and Team Snap); it is advisable to use custom image names that are related but not identical to custom so as not to confuse them.
