A flight attendant from an airline-based airline company was recently left horrified after being suspected of finding a snake head that was cut off in food on flights.
Quoting the flight blog, one mile at once, independently reported that the shocking incident occurred on the Sunexpress from Ankara in Turkey to Dusseldorf in Germany on July 21. Cabin crew members claimed that they were eating their crew when they found a small snake head disguised between potatoes and vegetables.
A video shared on Twitter shows the head of reptile which is beheaded lying in the middle of a food tray.
A terrible discovery triggered a direct response from the airline. According to the outlet, a representative for Sunexpress told the Turkish press that the incident was “truly unacceptable”. The airline has stopped its contract with questionable food suppliers and investigations has also been launched, the representative added.
“With more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, it is our top priority that the services we provide to our guests on our plane have the best quality and that both guests and our employees have a comfortable and safe flight experience,” the airline said in A statement, according to Independent.
“We want to tell you that accusations and sharing in the press about food services on flight are really unacceptable and detailed investigations have begun to the subject,” he added.
On the other hand, catering companies that supply food have denied that snake heads can come from their facilities. Sancak inflight service reportedly stated that “does not provide foreign objects that should be in food while cooking”. The catering company also continues to claim that because the food is cooked at 280 degrees Celsius, the snake head that looks relatively fresh must be added after the facts.
Meanwhile, in a disgusting contamination incident that was similar to earlier this week, a man found a dead lizard in his chicken salad from a popular restaurant in Delhi. “We found lizards in the food at a very famous Diggin Café,” the man wrote in the title of an Instagram post.
