One of the final Dreamworks programs to arrive on Netflix is expected to conclude with its final sixth season on December 17th, 2021 internationally. Here’s a sneak peek at the sixth season, as well as a look back at how the program has been received on Netflix throughout the years. The series, which premiered in December 2019, will now conclude with a “supersized” final season, which will be released internationally two years later on December 17th, 2021. The spin-off series is based on the Universal film franchise and follows a group of adolescent street racers who infiltrate a criminal gang. Each season after the first has had a title, and the title for season 6 is Homecoming. In the sixth season, the Spy Racers will face a new unknown foe who seems to be one step ahead of them at all times. As they seek out the criminal, the final season will take them from the Swiss Alps to Los Angeles.
Tyler Posey, Charlet Chung, Jorge Diaz, Camille Ramsey, Luke Youngblood, and Renée Elise Goldsberry continue to provide their voices to Spy Racers Season 6.
After Fast & Furious Spy Racers, the only Dreamworks shows that will continue to receive new seasons on Netflix are Jurassic World, Camp Cretaceous, Gabby’s Dollhouse, Rhyme Time Town, and Go, Do. Go! The studio is now primarily focused on projects for Peacock, Hulu, and Apple TV.
When will Fast and Furious: Spy Racers Season 6 be available?
According to Collider, Netflix will release Season 6 of “Fast and Furious: Spy Racers” on December 17.
Netflix usually releases new seasons of its series at midnight PST. So, at that time, you may expect to watch the final season of “Spy Racers” (fans should adjust that date and hour for their own time zone, of course). You should also be prepared to watch the entire season in one sitting, as Netflix likes to publish entire seasons of series rather than doling out episodes week by week. Fans of the “Fast” franchise will most certainly appreciate this early Christmas present, and they may even utilize the holiday week to finish Season 6.
As far as production goes, the entire sixth season appears to be finished and ready for the show’s fans to embrace.
What can we expect from the sixth season of Fast and Furious: Spy Racers?
According to the above teaser, as well as Tim Hendrick’s aforementioned Collider remark, Tony and his gang will be up against some formidable challenges throughout Season 6. An unidentified intruder steals their electronics. In an attempt to preserve the earth, the squad rounds the globe once more, ending up back in Los Angeles. This entails protecting their domain against evil in high-impact races. They must also address the fact that they have no idea who has been giving Ms. Nowhere commands — and so steering their crew on their global adventure.
The question of whether Ms. Nowhere can still be trusted looms large over the storyline, and according to the Collider article, story arcs for the upcoming season may include Tony and Echo fighting over the team’s future, Layla becoming a stunt driver, Frostee having to hack a video game, and Cisco finally getting to put on his own one-man show. Sounds like an interesting last season for such a popular program, and a great way to bring this engaging narrative to a close.
