New Delhi: Babul Supriyo, MP Asansol BJP, which was handed down as a United minister in a recent cabinet reshuffle, today said he quit politics. However, Bollywood singer explained that he did not move to another party, stressed that he was a “team of one team”.

Earlier this month, he was replaced as the United States Minister for the Environment, Forest, and Climate Change. A few months ago, he lost the Tollygunj constituency with more than 50,000 votes in the West Bengal legislative election.
