New Delhi: Diamantaire Mehul Choksi has landed in Antigua and Barbuda, where he has lived since 2018 after leaving India, after 51 days of detention in neighboring Dominica for illegal entries claimed by his certification is the kidnapping plan, local media reported.
Choksi, 62, was given a guarantee by the Dominica High Court to travel back to Antigua for seeking medical assistance from neurologists based on there.
After depositing the EC dollar guarantee 10,000, choksi in a shirt and shorts fly back to Antigua on the rented plane, the Antigua newsroom reported.
While looking for guarantees, Choksi has attached his medical report, including CT scan, which shows “light hematoma deteriorating”.
Doctors recommend an urgent review of its medical conditions by neurologists and neural consultants.
“This service is not available on the island (Dominica). All expanded politeness will be highly appreciated,” CT Scan’s report dated June 29 signed by Doctor Jerandy Galle Gutierrez and Renbert Gilbert from the Princess Hospital Margaret Dominica said.
Choksi, sought in the case of bank crore fraud ₹ 13,500 in India, mysteriously lost on May 23 from Antigua and Barbuda where he has lived since 2018 as a citizen.
He was detained in a neighboring country Dominican country to enter illegal after the possibility of romantic reflections with his girlfriend who was carried out.
His lawyer alleged that he was kidnapped from Jolly Port in Antigua on May 23 by the police looking like Antiguan and India and taken to Dominica on board.
